It is olive season🫒:
I am preparing my olives for the year:
🫒Soak them in water overnight and drain
🫒bruise them a bit by gently crushing them to allow a opening
🫒add some rock himalayan salt
🫒stir them every few hours, cover them with a tea towel.
🫒after 3 days, add some fresh chilli, lemon slices and some extra virgin olive oil.
🫒store them in small zipper bags in the freezer, ready to when you need them.
I love them with a touch of bitterness but if you don’t , allow another 3 days before freezing.

For all vegans out there:
Vegan h**p burger 🍀😋😋🍀
Very nutritious , delicious and super healthy
Patties Ingredients:
1 cup of h**p seeds
1 cup of chickpeas (soaked overnight)
1cup of cooked pumpkin or sweet potatoes
1 cup of boiled potatoes
1 cup of fresh or frozen peas
1 onion
Salt, pepper and cumin to taste
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of coconut flour
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth (can store in freezer )
Pan fry the patties
Use sourdough organic multigrain bread as a base ( cover lightly one side of pomegranate molasses and the other with sriracha or abc chilli sauce)
Layer sliced avocado , tomatoes, cucumber, rockets, the h**p patties and some sauerkraut(recipe given in a previous post)
Sandwich and enjoy😋😋😋🍀yummy

Toss for less than a minute in boiling water, drain the tea and enjoy as an anti inflammatory that taste good,
as for the steamed stems : slice roughly and add olive oil , crushed garlic, salt and cracked pepper : yummm enjoy on a rice cake
