Very Exciting Announcement!!! 🤗

On the 22nd June I’ll be hosting my Bridal Hair Look & Learn Masterclass m: and this is something I’ve genuinely dreamed about for a long time. 🫣

Bridal hair has been one of the most challenging and rewarding parts of my career. It’s taken me from the salon floor into freelancing, education, and some of the most fast-paced event environments I’ve ever worked in. It’s also the skill that’s shaped how I build and define my brand today.

To now be in a position where I can open up my process and share it properly feels pretty surreal.

In this session, I’ll be demonstrating four signature bridal looks. I will be breaking down how I think build structure, strategic product placement, and how to achieve the best longevity (so the weather and dance floor doesn’t undo all the hard work 🌩️🕺)

A beautiful soft twisted bun for bridesmaid Emily at Redleaf Wollombi ✨

Working with naturally curly hair in a wedding setting is all about creating a style that last, which means hair prep has to be longevity focused. My first step for this upstyle was a generous application of Color Wow Dream Coat to build an anti-humidity barrier which will prevent frizz or unwanted expansion throughout the day. My second step is always hydration, hydrated hair is happy hair and won’t go looking for moisture in the air.

When choosing bridal party hairstyles for your wedding day, everybody doesn’t have to look exactly the same. It’s about creating harmony between the styles which will make the group feel cohesive as a whole but each individuals personal style is still upheld.

For ‘s bridal party; made up of her two sisters and cousin. We opted for soft, airy textures with small visual twisted details that would be the thread to connect the group visually.

Placing the veil will always be one of my favourite moments of a wedding morning ✨
It’s that quiet pause where everything starts to feel real… and the whole look comes together.

For Tamsin’s bridal hair, we created a soft half-up style . It is the perfect hairstyle for a bride who loves wearing her hair down but also wants something elevated, polished and secure for the day. The soft, flowing waves keeps the style feeling romantic but the top half creatures structure and gives the perfect anchor for the veil to be secured.

Captured at in Tallong, this is a relatively new venue and so it was my first time visiting the location. Let me tell you it is absolutely stunning🤍

We went for a high bun twist: which is very much a highly requested look. The reasons I believe are that is is modern, soft and romantic, yet also offers a lot of peace of mind knowing you hair is up and out of the way all day and it’s not going to move. 👌

For this style, it’s all about prep, creating the texture and finish, draping how you want the hair to fall around the face an then the twist happens quite quickly at the very end. The result is a timeless upstyle that holds beautifully while still feeling soft and wearable throughout the day.
