A map should guide you — not control you. 👏🏼

I think one of the biggest shifts in my brow work came when I stopped looking at mapping as a set of lines I had to perfectly follow and started using it as a tool to help me make better decisions.

Because real brows aren’t perfectly symmetrical.

We have different growth patterns, densities, muscle movement and sometimes simply more hair to work with on one side than the other.

So yes, I map every single client. But I’m also constantly looking at the brows in front of me and asking — what can I realistically create with what I have?

For my clients, that means your brows are mapped specifically to YOU.

And for my fellow artists, learning the steps of mapping is only the beginning. The real confidence comes when you understand your map well enough to know when, why and how to adjust it.

That’s the part of brow mapping I love teaching. 🤍

If your brows keep coming out uneven, please don’t jump straight to “I’m not good enough.”

Most of the time, it’s not a talent problem.

It’s a process problem.

When you don’t have a clear way to assess, map and work through tricky brows, you end up relying on your eye and hoping it all balances out at the end.

Sometimes it does.

Sometimes one brow looks slightly thicker, higher, or just... off.

That’s not because you can’t do brows.

It’s because guessing isn’t a system.
