We're experiencing a cool change in the weather here in many parts of Australia. This is after an unseasonably warm start to Autumn.
Now some of us might use this fresh change as an excuse to stay indoors and start streaming, but getting outside is just as wonderful in the cooler months as it is on sunnier days.
My evening walk yesterday and this mornings walk left me feeling invigorated. So grab your beanie, scarf and jacket and get out there!
For those living in places where it's starting to warm up, don't forget your hat as your walk out the door.
