This reveal of my new website - feels like it captures my evolution. My next body of work that was never about me (for once! 😂)...
It’s about those who came to me with huge desires to create their version of their best life, in a holistic sense, that sent me on a quest to find strategies that worked. Long term.
There is a huge piece of the puzzle when it comes to womens health, some physiology based, some determined by energetics.
Simply covering a black surface with a whitewash won’t get to the core of how to break the cycles that seem to define you… i.e. ‘that always happens to me’, “I’ve always been like that’ or ‘It’s how it’s always been for me’…
A long time coming to ensure my methods could collapse time when it comes to results, it somehow still feels like just the beginning. Like birthing a new baby lol!
Its only 10am - but I literally feel like popping the champagne (nothing new there 😜) but the celebrations are yet to come as I know how many lives I’m going to SHIFT and EXPAND from this work….

The amount of clearing out I've done over the last couple of months of this crazy lockdown has been next level. On one side of the coin it's been physically clearing out cupboards, my study, garage, home office of things that I'm needlessly hanging on to. It's also letting go of what doesn't serve me on a personal level. People. Patterns. Paradigms.... you get the drift!

I always thought that saying 'holding space' for something like a big life, business or relationship goal was to hold the vision for it - but now I know it means creating the space for it to happen without trying to panic, force it or fill the void with something else because the time in between feels like you're not doing 'enough'.

I feel so fired up when I get clear on my big business and life goals, and the inner peace and calm that comes when it lands and doesn't feel like it has to be 'hard' - is so worth it. Creating new programs and new ways to help people will always bring me joy! 💟
