Hi, I’m Karine, a Dermal Aesthetician, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner and Women’s Alignment Coach with almost 30 years of experience in beauty, health and holistic wellness.

Through my own journey with menopause, metabolic health and changing family roles, I understand how easy it is for women to lose themselves while caring for everyone else.
