Touch therapy isn’t just about relaxation — it’s a direct conversation with the nervous system.

Slow, intentional touch signals safety.
Safety allows the body to downregulate.
And only then can true release happen.

Fascia — the connective tissue surrounding every muscle and organ — holds patterns of tension shaped by stress, posture, and lived experience. When that tension stays unresolved, it doesn’t just sit in the body… it starts to show in the way we move, feel, and even in our face.

This is why I specialise in fascia release.

Because surface-level work can only go so far.
I focus on what’s underneath — the restrictions, the holding patterns, the areas the body has been protecting for years.

Through precise, intentional touch, we create space for the body to soften, unwind, and restore.

This isn’t just treatment.
It’s recalibration.

There is something so powerful about witnessing a moment like this.

Not just the release…
But the willingness to go there.

I feel so aligned and deeply grateful to hold space for my clients in these moments — because this is not easy work. It takes courage to face what has been stored for years. To sit with emotions that were once suppressed. To meet parts of yourself that were never fully seen.

And I am so proud of my clients when they allow that to happen.

This is the work.
Not just lifting the face — but shifting what’s been held in the body.

Because when the nervous system feels safe, the body responds.
Patterns soften. Armour drops. And real transformation begins.

What we can achieve together goes far beyond the surface.
This is about lasting change. Emotional release. Longevity in how you feel — not just how you look.

If you’re ready to do the deeper work, I’m here to guide you through it.

We often blame time for changes in our face and body—but biologically, that’s only part of the story.

Chronic tension and emotional stress directly impact your tissue quality, muscle tone, and fascia.

When you’re under prolonged stress, the nervous system stays in a heightened state. This increases muscle guarding—especially in areas like the jaw, neck, and brow. Over time, these micro-contractions become your baseline.

Fascia, the connective tissue surrounding every muscle and organ, responds to this by becoming denser and less elastic. This process—known as fascial restriction—reduces circulation, limits lymphatic flow, and alters structural alignment.

At the same time, elevated cortisol (your primary stress hormone) accelerates collagen breakdown. Less collagen means less skin integrity, elasticity, and resilience.

The result?
• Heaviness in the face
• Deepened lines (especially around the mouth, eyes, and forehead)
• Jaw tension and facial asymmetry
• A “tired” or aged appearance that isn’t just skin deep

This is why treating only the surface doesn’t create lasting change.

When you release tension in the fascia, regulate the nervous system, and improve circulation—you’re not just relaxing… you’re restoring function at a cellular level.

Ageing isn’t just chronological.
It’s physiological. And stress plays a major role.

Your neck is a primary holding zone for stress.

When we suppress emotions or avoid speaking up, the body doesn’t just “forget.”
It adapts.

The fascia around the throat and neck tightens.
The platysma increases its downward pull on the lower face.
The SCM becomes overactive with chronic stress.
The jaw compensates.

Over time, this creates:

• Loss of jawline definition
• Heaviness in the lower face
• Neck banding
• Forward head posture
• Increased facial tension

The face and neck function as one fascial unit.
If the neck remains tight and shortened, the face cannot lift optimally.

True lifting requires structural release.
When we lengthen and decompress the neck fascia, the lower face softens and elevates naturally.

You can’t separate facial ageing from neck tension. Treat the neck and we can lift the face.

Most people think Face Up is a facial.
It’s not.

It’s neuromyofascial release of the facial structures — working with the masseter, SCM, cranial fascia, platysma and connective tissue that hold stress patterns in the jaw, neck and skull.

When fascia is chronically braced, the nervous system stays in protection mode.
Jaw tight. Brows heavy. Shoulders elevated. Breath shallow.

When we release those restrictions safely, two things happen:

Clinically —
• Improved circulation and lymphatic drainage
• Reduced muscular tension
• Enhanced cranial mobility
• Better posture alignment
• Softening of lines created by tension, not age

Emotionally —
• The body feels safe enough to exhale
• The jaw stops guarding
• The shoulders drop
• The mind quiets
• You feel lighter, clearer, more present

The lift you see is structural.
The softness you feel is neurological.

Face Up isn’t about changing your face.
It’s about releasing what stress has been holding.

If your jaw feels tight, your shoulders live up near your ears, or you constantly feel like you’re bracing… this is your sign.
