⌛️One of my beautiful clients, who is always so kind with me 🤍
She often tells me how much she enjoys my classes, but this time I got to capture it.
My favourite part is when she says that Pilates has changed her quality of life… that’s everything to me.
This is exactly why I love what I do. All the passion, the work, the dedication… it all makes sense in moments like this.
With her permission, I’m so happy to share this with you❤️

⌛️Awareness before intensity
Good alignment is not about looking “perfect”, it’s about awareness.
In this photo, she feels straight… but one leg is actually higher than the other. This is more common than we think. Our bodies are naturally asymmetrical, and without guidance, we often build movement patterns around those imbalances without even noticing.
Over time, the body adapts. It compensates—through the hips, spine, and shoulders—creating strategies to keep us moving. But those same compensations, repeated again and again, can lead to overload, discomfort, and eventually chronic pain or injury.
This is why alignment matters. And this is exactly why I always encourage starting with private sessions.
In those first sessions, we build awareness and establish foundational movement patterns, learning how to truly organize the body in space. From there, once that foundation is in place, we transition into semi-private classes, where we can safely add progressive load and build strength with intention.
No body is perfectly symmetrical. But every body can learn to move with more awareness, balance, and intelligence ⌛️

⌛️Let me introduce you to my son.
He’s seven and already fascinated by movement.
Before school, and before my clients arrive, he often comes by the studio. A few stretches, a bit of hanging, rolling, exploring… then he’s off to his bike or skateboard.
Last weekend at breakfast he casually said,
“I’m a bit sore after yesterday’s match… I’ll go to the Pilates studio.”
Just like that, as if movement was the most natural way to reset the body.
And that made me smile⌛️
⌛️What does a semi-private class look like?
Semi-private classes are limited to three people and are always adapted to the group.
Depending on the class:
Sometimes all clients perform the same exercises
Other times, each person may be working on different movements or variations
Even when it looks like everyone is doing the same exercise, no two clients are actually working the same way.
Each person may have:
Different spring tensions or resistance
Different ranges of motion
Different goals and priorities
I constantly adjust exercises, loads, and variations based on:
Physical condition
Experience level
Injuries or limitations
Individual goals
Some semi-private classes are more dynamic and athletic.
Others are more technical and focused on foundations.
What stays consistent is that each body is treated individually, even within a shared space.⌛️
⌛️Two Years.
This March marks two years of Arena — my Pilates anniversary.
After many years without having my own space, this chapter has meant more than just opening a studio.
It has meant returning to my lineage.
Returning to my way of working.
To how I understand the method.
To how I guide bodies.
How I teach.
The last time I had my own studio was in Buenos Aires, 12 years ago — and that studio is still running today. Life changed. I changed.
It has also meant something deeply personal:
learning to distribute my energy better,
to balance my life,
to build something sustainable.
Thank you for your trust.
Thank you for allowing me to do what I truly believe in.
Here we go — for more!

⌛️The way the sunlight fills the studio it’s so beautiful!
A space where movement is intentional.
No noise.
No rush.
Just focused work, precise guidance
and real attention to your body.
Small groups.
High-quality movement.
Movement feels different
when the space supports it.

In Pilates, I’m lucky to witness so many personal journeys—clients who have been struggling with decades of pain and are finally finding relief, athletes working through rehab with determination, and those who spend long hours at a desk and come to the studio preparing for a big challenge in the summer season. You have all been working so hard these past months, and I see your effort every single time you walk through the door.
Even though Thanksgiving isn’t part of my own culture, I love embracing traditions from other societies. In the past few years, Thanksgiving has become a beautiful opportunity for me to pause, reflect, and express everything I feel today.
Thank you so much for your trust, your commitment, and your energy.
I am feeling blessed and deeply thankful.

We often blame age for our aches and pains, but most injuries don’t happen because we get older, they happen because we stop moving well.
When some parts of the body stop doing their job, others take over, leading to imbalance, tension, and eventually, pain.
It’s not just about being strong or flexible, it’s about moving in harmony.
When movement is balanced and mindful, the body stays resilient at any age.
If this resonates with you, reach out to Naz ❤️ she’s passionate about helping people move freely, pain-free, and with confidence.
