Appointment Policy
• We are an appointment-based salon. Walk-ins are always welcome; however, appointments are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice during normal business hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee, unless otherwise agreed by management.
• Appointments booked after hours or on Sundays and Mondays require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

Gift Vouchers
• If you have booked using a gift voucher and do not attend your appointment without the required notice, your voucher will be forfeited.

Prepaid Treatments
• Prepaid treatment packages offer savings according to our prepayment schedule.
• Prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or different treatment areas.
