TITLE: Junior Graphic Designer/ Marketing Officer

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a creative and innovative Junior Graphic Designer/Marketing Officer to join our team in this part-time role. This is the perfect opportunity for an undergraduate student looking to gain hands-on industry experience. You will be working with a diverse range of fast-growing personal care brands sold Australia wide in some of the largest retailers and supermarkets. You will have the opportunity to learn many new skills in a vibrant and family-owned Australian business on the Northern Beaches.

The responsibilities include reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer/Marketing Officer to create engaging and beautiful content for our social media & websites, preparing & tracking of marketing campaigns, and creating & editing of artwork files for product packaging and labels. You must be able to work collaboratively in a design team in order to bring new and imaginative ideas that will strengthen our brands.

Warehouse Assistant/Forklift Driver

Soap Solutions is currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Forklift Driver to; control/manage the flow of stock through their warehouse, monitor goods in and out of the warehouse, to safely and efficiently move and handle items and keep stock records.

We are a family owned and operated manufacturer with over 25 years in operation. Our Offices, R&D laboratory and manufacturing facility are located in Warriewood on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia. Our focus is providing a turnkey solution for our valuable customers whilst being innovative and delivering customised solutions.

key Responsibilities
• Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location.
• Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory.
• Find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business.
• Check inventory records for accuracy.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role. You will need to have the following:
• Must have current Forklift licence
• Must have current drivers licence
• An ability to lift up to 20kg and maneuver products of up to 40kg with correct manual handling techniques
• Be well presented
• Good communication and written skills
• Good numeracy skills
• Immediate start

We are currently seeking 2x Machine Operator’s
to fill vacancies in our Warriewood Factory

Reporting to the Factory Supervisor your duties will include but not be limited to the following;

•Must be able to set up machines for the appropriate job

•Operate the machines

•Ensure the quality of soap produced is up to the required standard

•Work within all standard operating procedures

•Assist with general factory duties when required

•Participate in the cleaning of the machine/s when required

•Work in a team environment and have good communication skills

•Assist with housekeeping in all work areas

•Any other duties as directed by your Manager/Supervisor

To be successful for this role you must:

•Be physically able to complete manual handling tasks

•Have a mechanical aptitude

•Display a strong commitment to safety

•Be self-motivated

•Forklift licence considered a bonus

•Have a willingness to learn all aspects of the job
