glory be to the morning glory!!!

-1 bunch of morning glory (found in Asian grocers)
-2 cloves garlic minced
-half an onion diced
-1 tbsp oyster sauce
-1 tbsp sweet Thai chilli sauce
-1 tbsp olive oil

1. pluck the morning glory into smaller pieces and soak them in a bowl of water
2. Wash and drain
3. Heat up olive oil over medium heat
4. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant
5. Add in morning glory and quickly cover with lid & let cook for 2-3 mins
6. Add oyster sauce + sweet chilli sauce and toss through
7. Cook for another 2 mins and remove from heat
