Asian chimichurri:
-1 tbsp honey (add more if you like it sweeter)
-splash of water to dissolve honey
-1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
-juice of 1 lime
-2 cloves garlic minced
-half bunch of coriander finely chopped
-sambal/fresh chillies if you like spice
Serve this on top of any protein- steak, chicken, tofu, veg!!!

You’ll need:
-1 small/medium long melon
-small handful of dried shrimp
-2-3 eggs whisked
-1 small brown onion diced
-2/3 cloves minced garlic
-chopped coriander to garnish
-1 tbsp fish sauce
-1 tbsp sweet Thai chilli sauce
-1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
-white pepper
1. Wash and cut long melon into half moons
2. Heat olive oil over medium high heat
3. Add dried shrimp + saute for a couple of mins
4. Add onion + garlic and saute
5. Add long melon and saute until slightly translucent
6. Add sauces in
7. Create a well in the middle and pour in egg mixture
8. Mix everything together until eggs are cooked through
9. Garnish with coriander + white pepper
10. Serve with rice
