I help single women who struggle with self-love and have anxiety about how they look to feel confident in their own skin and fall in love with themselves first so that they can become the best version of themselves and be better disposed to attract and sustain healthy and stable long-term relationships. After working in the beauty industry as a hair and makeup artist for 8+ years, I saw that no matter how beautiful the women were that I worked with, a common theme was that my clients still didn't feel like they were "enough".

A few thoughts that have taken me three years to put into words.
Maybe what I’m learning through all of it is that meaningful work doesn’t have to come at the expense of a meaningful life.
There has to be room for both.
So this is where I’ve been, why I stepped away, and how I hope to move forward.
Slowly, imperfectly and with the things worth protecting kept firmly at the centre. ♥️
