That’s the time between the first time I sat down with Blake from Sciton® and the day I officially became the owner of my very own Sciton platform.

Seven years, give or take. A decision a very long time in the making.

I knew from that first meeting that this was the platform I wanted. I also wanted it before I’d necessarily earned it. So I waited.

I built the studio. Built the client base. Kept that folder of Sciton emails open somewhere in the background. And got to work.

And now, finally, she’s here.

And the last frame of this video is one I’ll genuinely cherish. Taken at the Sciton UpXchange on the Gold Coast, standing alongside Dan Negus; physicist, co-founder of Sciton and a pioneer of the erbium technology behind so much of what this platform can do.

A room full of laser giants, and somehow, I got to be in it.
