How to Sleep with Hair Extensions for Gorgeous Morning Hair 💁‍♀️✨

1. Brush Before Bed – Gently brush your extensions with a wide-tooth comb or extension-friendly brush to remove any tangles. Start from the ends and work your way up.
2. Braid or Ponytail – Secure your extensions in a loose braid, low ponytail, or bun to minimize friction and prevent tangling while you sleep.
3. Use a Silk or Satin Pillowcase – Cotton pillowcases cause friction, which can lead to matting and frizz. Silk or satin pillowcases are smoother, reducing damage to your extensions.
4. Dry Hair Only – Make sure your extensions are completely dry before bed. Wet hair is more prone to breakage and tangling.
