THE FOREARM.💪🏾
20 muscles make up the forearm and extend from the elbow joint to the hand, split into anterior (flexor), and posterior (extensor) sections.🦾
As you can see, these muscles play a huge role in the function and mobility of our hands.🤚🏾
This is a cadaver of the lower arm, showing how each muscle plays a role, quite fascinating!😳

Their role - to provide stability to the glenohumeral joint/keep it centred in its socket.💪🏾
