s a Free Form Conscious Medicine Dance. Taking you on an Elemental Wave Dance through Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether. Each element provides a unique lens through which participants can explore their physicality, emotions, passions & spiritual dimensions. By embracing the elements, dancers are invited to embark on a holistic journey self-discovery & healing, with invitations to release limitations, connect deeply to self and others, celebrating the diverse tapestry of human experience. Ultimately, with the integration of these elemental themes with conscious movement, creates transformation, fostering a space for liberation, connection & authentic connection. Diana has Trained 3 years in Bio Danza a deep transformative movement practice allowing people to gently rewind, re-parent and regulate the Nervous System. Diana also facilitates Dance Alchemy. Nia Dance She is currently not teaching, holding 12 years experience teaching weekly workshops & classes. Dance Alchemy is a body of work with Free Form & Embodied Movement, developed by Diana integrating, her many years of experience & training in Dance and Healing. Playing in deeper processes, working with specific intentions of release & Healing to find new & positive ways to- Move Though Life
Diana has danced 5 Rhythms classes & workshops regularly over 10+ years. She began Dancing with Cheryl Hazelwood at the the Actors centre in 1993 with body improvisation, Butoh and Gabrielle Roths work

Working in her own clinic for for 30years in Massage Therapy, Eft, Huna, Breathwork & Energetic Healing. Diana is passionate in many forms of Self Healing, Ceremony & Connection to Nature & Sacred Sites. Learning from Indiginous Elders
