SHIATSU
Shiatsu is an opportunity of sharing between the practitioner and those who rely on him, that aims to promote the natural energy balancing through the various techniques of finger pressure and an accurate process of listening and observation. The person is welcomed in its totality as an individual, unique and unrepeatable in the Universe like a manifestation of emotions, perceptions and experiences. I invite you to explore together the possibilities given by this 'art' that has its roots in the ancient Chinese philosophy and tradition.
KU-NYE
Ku-Nye is the traditional Tibetan massage fruit of secular studies that gave rise to the Traditional Tibetan Medicine (TTM). Ku-Nye stands as the best external remedies proposed by MTT for the treatment of states of stress, insomnia, anxiety, and rebalancing of energies. The enveloping warmth of traditional oils works deeply, boosting the blood circulation and the rejuvenation process of the skin tissue. Ku-Nye is much more than just a massage, but it is the fruit of the work and commitment of as many as 13 generations of doctors, scientists and spiritual leaders of the Ancient Tibet.
SWEDISH
Swedish massage is based on the Western concepts of anatomy and physiology, as opposed to energy work on “meridiens”. The skin is lubrificated with massage oil and various massage strokes are performed. These movements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle "knots" or adhered tissues. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, blood circulation, metabolism reactivation and stimulation of the lymphatic system.
