Symptom relief care, purpose built for women 35+

05/06/2026

I am 43.

I ran. I exercise. I generally thought I was doing all the right things.

What I didn’t realise was the bone density starts declining much earlier than most women. Think common often from our 30s.

The tricky part? You can’t feel it happening.

Women can lose up to 20% of their bone density during the menopause transition, which is why waiting until you’re older isn’t really a strategy.

I’m not sharing this to scare anyone. I’m sharing it because I wish someone had told me sooner.

The best time to start looking after your bones was years ago. The next best time is today.

Can you spot the difference?
This was harder than it should’ve been.

I accidentally put my son’s slime next to a fibre supplement.

And suddenly I couldn’t un see it.
This is why fibre needed a makeover.

And that is why we created Gentle fibre support. Unflavoured. No texture. Add to anything. Because fibre should support your wellness routine, not become the most challenging part of it.

My son however was sad when I told him that only one of these he could play with.

Your bones are changing long before you feel it.

Bone loss can be keen quietly in our 30s and accelerate as we move through Perri menopause and menopause.

The challenge? You usually can’t feel it.
And often the first sign is a fracture years later.

The good news is there is a lot you can do to support your bones now.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learnt in my 40s is that healthy ageing doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through Small daily habits that compound overtime.

Every day my bones are either getting stronger, or weaker.

Brain fog gets talked about like it is one thing.
But for many women in perimenopause and menopause, it can show up in completely different ways.
For me, it wasn’t just forgetting things.
It was losing words mid- sentence. Feeling mentally overloaded by simple tasks. Struggling to focus on things that used to feel easy.
The first step isn’t fixing it.
It is recognising it.
So if you’ve ever thought, what is wrong with me lately? You’re probably not alone. Brain fog doesn’t look the same for everyone.

Hormone health starts here.

Before the supplements.
Before the trends.

These are some of the everyday habits they can help support your hormones during perimenopause and menopause.
NO detox.
NO 17 step morning routine. Just some of the habits most commonly linked to supporting healthy hormone function.

Women reach peak bone mass around the age of 30, and bone density generally begins to gradually decline from around age 35 to 40.

I’m 43.

I’ve only recently realised that if I want to be active, strong and independent in my 70s and 80s, I need to start thinking about my bones now.

Not later.

Not when there’s a problem.

Now.

Because future mobility isn’t built when you’re older. Try women’s bone support. I don’t take it because I’m worried about ageing. I take it because I’d like to keep doing the things I love for as long as possible.

Be honest. How much money have you spent on your skincare over the years?

But your bones?

Most of us don’t give them much thought at all.

The challeng is that bone loss can begin years before we notice it. In fact, women can lose significant bone density during the menopause transition due to declining oestrogen levels.

The problem is that you can’t see it happening.

You don’t wake up one morning and notice weaker bones.

It is happening quietly, in the background.

That’s why I have become such a big believer in being proactive rather than waiting until bone health becomes a concern.

Our women’s bone support was designed specifically for women 40+ and combines,
Fortibone collagen peptides
Calcium to support bone strength.
Vitamin D3 to support calcium absorption
Vitamin K2 to help direct calcium where it’s needed.
Boron and silica to support bone mineralisation and strength.

It’s one of those products that isn’t about feeling different tomorrow.

It’s about supporting the woman you want to be in 10, 20 and 30 years.

Because future mobility, strength and independence are being built today.

I swear I didn’t learn this at school?!

Your body is constantly communicating with you. Sometimes through cravings. Sometimes through poor sleep. Sometimes through low energy or feeling overwhelmed.

Understanding the signal is the first step.

This cheat sheet may help a little.

Turns out eating more fibre means he stopped thinking about food every 14 minutes.

You are eating pretty much the same…
But your body is responding completely differently.
