Dancing Thumbs day off = A trip to Experienced Community Acupuncture to get stabbed, buying a sweater for my cat (she's cold ok!) and getting my dance on at No Lights No Lycra(!!!) with lovely friends.

My most lovely mentor and therapist Amanda Christensen will be teaching at this retreat in beautiful Bali in september. The Heartworks retreats that I have been on have been an education, a holiday and a serious therapy session all rolled in to one so this 6 day intensive will be spectacular.
