Hi I’m Lo 👋 a registered nurse, cosmetic injector, and co-founder of AESTHETICA HQ.

For me, this has always been about more than cosmetic treatments. I genuinely care about people’s overall wellness, self-care, and how they feel both physically and emotionally. Acne breakouts often leave behind post-inflammatory pigmentation (PIH) that can take months to fade naturally.

This patient experienced early improvement after the first BBL HEROic treatment as part of a personalised skin plan.

BBL HEROic is an advanced light technology that targets the chromophores responsible for acne bacteria, inflammation and excess pigment.

By delivering precise pulses of light energy into the skin, it can help improve:

• redness and inflammation
• pigmentation
• overall skin clarity

As part of this patient’s treatment plan, we also incorporated targeted skincare including cysteamine, a clinically studied melanin inhibitor that helps regulate pigment production and support the management of post-inflammatory pigmentation.
