Here’s what actually helps the fever do its job faster and safer (all backed by science and real-world use):
VITAMIN C — massive doses (1,000–5,000 mg or more every couple to few hours, liposomal or ascorbic acid to bowel tolerance). Viruses hate it. Studies show it cuts duration and severity dramatically.
