Non of us enjoy period!
Its painful, its emotional, it feels messy, its binge eating, yes it’s everything! + it's impacting your skin😫

So what happen is that your estrogen and progesterone drop drastically, causing your sebum level to spike 👉🏼 excess oil production 👉🏼 which then lead to clog pores & breakout

It's so easy to blame the hormone, but what if this was a powerful time of the month to be your most creative? You've had a big month! and this is now the time to take the biggest piece of "cake", to take your time in the bath and to take no crap!!

Here are some way to prepare your most beautiful period ;

✨ Avoid caffeine and switch to spearmint or dandelion tea

✨ Increase roosts vegetable like sweet potato & beets / cruciferous veggie 👉🏼 fight cravings & support liver detoxifications

✨ I made traditional Indonesian drink called “djamu” its a golden drink! Basically made from turmeric+tamarind (you can make your favourite turmeric drink) 👉🏼 lessen inflammation & help with period cramps
