I did a thing today 🤎 I was kinda freaking out about it to be honest. I don't love talking in front of a group like I do one on one. But I do try to do things that scare me often so this was my latest.

Today I got to talk about why I do what I do alongside other passionate business owners at our wellness event with my friends from Healthy In The Hills Sydney at Spicy Bean Hills Showground

It was actually fun & I loved getting to talk about what I'm so passionate about, hearing the other speakers & being among such beautiful people.
