The post-socialising crash is REAL 😂
I genuinely love being around people. I love a big weekend, meeting new people, talking business, swapping ideas and coming home feeling completely inspired.
But my ADHD brain also needs a minute afterwards to process the approximately 847 things it just experienced 😂
So today we’re horizontal for a bit. Quiet. No guilt. No pretending I should be doing something more productive.
Then we go again 🤍
Anyone else need a little “nobody speak to me” time after having the BEST time? 😂
SensaPatch might have started as my idea, but there’s absolutely no way I could have built it without this guy 🤍
The one who picks up the slack when I’m working late, listens to approximately 100 business ideas before breakfast, packs boxes when needed, talks me down when something goes wrong and somehow always believes I’ll figure it out, even when I’m not quite as convinced 😂
But more importantly, he’s the most incredible dad to Ari & Indi 💜
Building a business while raising a family is chaotic, messy and definitely not a one-person job. Blake is the support system behind all of it.

I did something much scarier.
I launched my own business. 😂
SensaPatch started because I wanted a simpler way to make supplements fit into real life! No swallowing tablets, no negotiating over gummies, no adding another thing to remember.
Just peel. Stick. Get on with your day.
And somehow this little idea turned into a real business, real customers and a whole community of people who get it. 🥹❤️
Still slightly terrified. Still figuring it out. Still very glad I did it.
