But the longest option isn’t automatically the best one.

Your ideal length depends on your height, natural hair, density and how much maintenance you’re happy to commit to. An 18" or 20" set can give you natural-looking length and fullness, while 22" to 26" brings more drama and needs extra attention to weight, placement and blending.

The inches are worth it when the method and installation are right.

A lot of women sit in my chair and apologise for how fine their hair is.

Then they say, “My hair’s probably too thin for extensions anyway.”

It’s not something you need to apologise for, and it doesn’t automatically rule you out. Most of my clients actually have fine or thinning hair.
