40 🩷

I thought turning 40 would feel like a number. Instead, it feels like standing at the edge of everything I’ve lived through and finally understanding why I had to become the woman I am today.

My 30s were absolutely incredible but weren’t always gentle with me. There was loss that changed me forever (love you so much Mama - RIP) endings I never imagined, moments that broke my heart, and seasons where I had to rebuild myself while still showing up for everyone I loved.
There were days I questioned everything… and days I discovered a strength in myself I didn’t know existed.

No rain, no flowers ANDDDDDD boy, did it rain.
But look at my garden now. 🌸

At 40, I’m not celebrating perfection. I’m celebrating survival, growth, forgiveness, courage and the beautiful ability to begin again.
My greatest achievement will forever be being a mother to my three girls. Just flick through and look at them

Everything else I’ve built, my business, my dreams, the woman I’ve become and the new chapter I’m creating is something I hope shows them that life can knock you down, change the entire plan and still become something incredibly beautiful.

I’ve learned that peace is more valuable than proving a point. That some people are chapters, not the whole story.
That grief and gratitude can exist in the same heart.
That starting again isn’t failure and that you don’t need to become hardened by what hurt you.

So here’s to 40 🥂

To the little girl who survived.
To the woman who kept going.
To the mother who would move mountains as my own Mama did.
And to the version of me who is finally walking forward with a full heart, clearer boundaries, bigger dreams and absolutely nothing to prove.

The first 40 years made me.
The next 40 are mine 🩷
