Meet our skilled seafood Master... Head Chef of , Ashish Karki. Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, Ash's foray into cooking was back in 2007 for Toko in Surry Hills, followed by the iconic Flying Fish in Pyrmont. We're lucky he made the move to our Parlour Group shores in 2018 and always love seeing his energy behind the scenes in our flagship kitchen.

Meet our FABULOUS Head Chef, Johana Pierre, leading the team behind the scenes in our bustling kitchen The lovely Jo has been with Parlour Group since 2015 and we couldn't run this well-oiled, iconic venue without her!!

We're pouring our hearts into every detail, including a special range of wines coined the Parlour Group Game Series. House Sparkling, Pinot Grigio, Rose and Shiraz. Cheers!
