At each Parlour Group venue we aim to bring an exceptional experience to each guest with authentic and unique offerings, striving to provide a memorable dining and social experience. The Parlour Group caters to people who would rather “eat in a bar than drink in a restaurant” meaning a relaxed informal, yet professional environment. we focus on delivering 3 key elements to create the ultimate dining experience great atmosphere, the freshest, finest produce and outstanding service. The Parlour Group employs 80 people and is constantly expanding. Starting with a small 35 seat restaurant, The Flying Squirrel Tapas Parlour in Bondi the company has expanded ventures to include The Stuffed Beaver Bondi, Sydney’s first Canadian themed bar, the classy 200 seat New York style Riley St Garage in Woolloomooloo, and most recently Surly’s, an all American BBQ restaurant in Surry Hills.
