My surgery went well the amazing surgeon at the last minute decided that because my bones were good that a hip resurfacing would be the better option for me .

The recovery Is longer because the incision is posterior approach through the back 🥹🍑

Pain is now so much better then at first it was rough they had me up the same day as surgery, wasn’t a fun experience 😭😭😭
Clearly not as brave as I thought I was 😩

Now crutches 🩼🩼for 6 weeks and lots of physio to recover and be back to doing everything I’ve missed so much 🥊🏋🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

So blessed and grateful for my beautiful family and friends most oMark Follingtong husband who hasn’t let my side and it cooking the most beautiful meals and helping me get well ❤️‍🩹
