I love what I doโฆ ๐ฅฐ
What is my favourite service?
I took a week off to fill my cup. ๐ค
Have you done that lately?
Even though I stepped away from the treatment room, I wasnโt completely switched off. Behind the scenes, Iโve been planning the rest of 2026 for Keen An Wellโand I canโt wait to share whatโs coming.
Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is pause, recharge, and come back with fresh energy.
Iโm back, feeling refreshed, inspired, and excited for whatโs ahead. โจ
I never imagined Iโd become an expert at folding towels. ๐
Now Iโm ridiculously particular about how theyโre foldedโฆ๐คฃ
Underrated: relaxation massage!

โI was lucky enough to win a massage and chose the 1.5hr relaxation massage. It was amazing! Jane was so lovely and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Iโll definitely be booking and paying for the next one! Highly recommend!!โ
