There is a stigma about direct sales that I want to address....

Some people think its all a scam when in reality, those who own direct sales businesses are just entrepreneurs who partnered with a company that pays us to market their products, rather than paying a brick and mortar store to carry their items on their shelves. When companies put products on shelves in stores, they pay billions to advertise said products via print ads, commercials, etc. Instead of paying the advertising industry, they pay those billions to people like me and you.

We work. We just work differently.
We get paid. We just get paid differently.
While most "9-5ers" get a set amount no matter how much they do, how hard they work or how lazy they are....we get paid based off of what we do. We also can get a pay raise every single month, earn bonuses every single month and earn other rewards like the all-expense paid trips you see us go on every year.
Those who are lazy and not doing the work aren't getting paid as much as those doing the work which is one of the things I LOVE about what I do. I remember when I used to work and the lazy half ass co-workers of mine would get paid the same or more than those who worked hard. I know you guys know what Im talking about.....Not in this business though. You get paid based on what you do.
We come from all different backgrounds too... No special training or degree needed. You just need to be 18 yrs old.

We have:
👨‍👧‍👦👩‍👧Stay at home mums and dads
👨‍⚖️Corporate job holders
👩‍⚕️Nurses and Doctors
👩‍🎓Uni students
🧓Retirees
👴Empty Nesters
👩‍🏫 Teachers
👩‍👧Single mums/dads who work and have Scentsy as their part-time vs being away at a second/third job.

Seriously the list goes on. I know it's hard for some to understand because our whole lives we were taught to seek jobs and not opportunities....but times are changing. People are getting smarter and the younger generations are looking to make money, easier, faster and on their own time. They don't want someone telling them when, where or how. And in direct sales.. they choose! Way more opportunites than a typical 9-5. They also pay attention and realize that people's jobs are being replaced by technology each and every day so they are being smart and designing their own life... just like me and millions of other direct sale entrepreneurs.
