Due to rapid expansion across our maintenance and new build cleaning divisions, OutsideIN Property Services is hiring for multiple permanent part-time positions in the Manning Valley.

These are hands-on roles across grounds and property maintenance, commercial sites, and new build/post-construction cleaning. This is not domestic cleaning.

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who take genuine pride in their work and understand the standard expected when representing OutsideIN.

THE ROLE

• Multiple permanent part-time positions available. Potential of full time after trial period.
• Grounds and property maintenance
• New build and post-construction cleaning
• Commercial and contracted maintenance work
• Variety of sites across the Mid North Coast
• Award wages and entitlements
• Opportunity to grow with an expanding local business

YOU’LL NEED

• Current Australian driver’s licence, manual preferred
• Reliable vehicle to travel to and from our depot and, where required, work sites
• Current White Card
• Current, valid Police Check. Must be provided with your application
• Ability to undertake physically demanding, hands-on work
• Reliability and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Towing experience highly regarded

Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, commercial cleaning, construction or similar roles is advantageous.

Above all, we’re looking for people who understand that our reputation is built on reliability, consistency and doing every job to an extremely high standard.

ATTENTION 🚨

After 9 years with the same booking software, I knew better was out there for my back end systems and for the client experience as well.

The new booking platform will launch first on Friday evening. Nothing will change for clients besides the system may have a different appearance. All of your existing data + bookings will transfer seamlessly I have been assured.

Second, once we have ironed out some problems with the Apple Developer side of things, the •MYLA APP• will launch (hopefully not long after). This will be able to be downloaded on both Apple & Android device’s.

For existing clients, this very user friendly APP will feature all of your booking capabilities, course & membership options, appointment calendar + an online store that is actually easy to use…think…click and collect and guaranteed product holds! 💃

Everyone gets an egg cup. 😂
Possibly the least glamorous health system I’ve ever implemented in our home, but genuinely one of the most effective.

Every night with dinner, everyone gets their little egg cup with whatever supplements are relevant to them.
The four of us all have different ages, needs, bodies and dosages but it’s the same little ritual.

Essential fatty acids are something I talk about constantly in the studio because they’re exactly that: essential. Our bodies need them, but can’t manufacture them in sufficient amounts on their own, so they need to come from our diet.

And while we absolutely prioritise food first (there is quite literally a whole fish on the table here and we eat aloooot of seafood compared to the average family 😂), supplementation is one of the ways I make sure we’re consistently covering our bases.

BUT there’s actually a bigger point to this post than omega-3s.
The best health protocol in the world is pretty useless if you don’t actually follow it.

Sometimes we get so caught up in making wellness look sophisticated that we overcomplicate the part that matters most: compliance.

For us? It’s egg cups.

They live where we eat. They come out with dinner. Nobody needs to remember whether they’ve taken something. And looking after ourselves becomes something we do collectively rather than another individual job someone has to remember.

Is it groundbreaking? Absolutely not.

Does it work every single night? Yep.
And I’ll take boring, repeatable and effective over perfect every time. 🤝
