UnderCOVID SAFE restrictions .

We are asking everyone to be patient as we will be trying to fit everyone who has existing and cancel appointments.

Restrictions ,

- Masks mandatory
-QR code check in or manual check in
-COVID safe restrictions of 5 clients in salon at any time
-Please notify us of any flu like symptoms and reschedule
-if you have traveled to a hotspot area please reschedule

All appointments will be rescheduled once we receive further directions regarding the Statewide Lockdown.

To all our valued clients,
We respectfully request at least 24 HOURS notice for cancellations.
We have decided to implement a cancellation policy to ensure that we can fit everyone in for all future bookings.
In the event of cancellation, please give us at least 24 hrs notice before your scheduled appointment. This can be via text message ,Facebook message or even a simple phone call to the salon.
For new clients and long appointments, a deposit of 50% of the booking is required to secure your booking and the balance will be payable on completion of your service. If your cancellation is made LESS than 24hrs of your booking, the deposit will be forfeited.
For no shows, they will be charged 50% of the booked appointment cost before the next booking can be made.
Good things take time and we are proud to say that we have absolutely no medals for being the world’s fastest hairdressers. We take pride in our work and the results we achieve on our many clients, so please give yourselves plenty of time for your appointment.

RE-OPENING 13th May
After careful consideration,we are please to announce we will be re-opening the salon from Weds 13th May.
We will still be closely working to strict health and safety regulations set out by government around social distancing and hygiene standards.
Again we ask if you don't feel well please don't attend the salon.
