Thank you all for your patience and understanding whilst I recover from a nasty form of Shingles of the face and head (Ramsay Hunt Syndrome). It's been a journey that's for sure! Not entirely sure when I will be back, but I will take all the time I need to rest and recover fully so I can return to giving you the care and attention you deserve.

Congratulations to William Pereira, winning a bronze medal in the U18 2Km Steeplechase at the Australian All Schools Athletics Championships in Melbourne on Saturday.
William has regular massage to help with his recovery from his training schedule, and in preparation for major competitions.
