2 looks, same wedding day.
My bride embraced her partners Vietnamese tradition for the morning of their wedding day, and so to ensure her Khan D**g would fit and stay put, I created a hairstyle that would keep it in place. I returned a few hours later for the 2nd look, a more whimsical style to suit her beautiful botanical theme, embroidered dress. Hair flowers to match. Natural makeup to compliment her complexion.

Wedding season starts to slow down as the weather gets colder.
This wedding group at Marnong Estate, saw a very cloudy and drizzly morning, become a clear and sunny afternoon. Hair for bride and bridesmaid, and makeup for all 4 women.

These 4 women and long-time friends travelled from NSW for a wedding on Anzac Day. Woven together by their past, their present and alive with cherished memories of loved ones. Providing 2 hairstyles and 4 makeup applications, my morning also allowed a space for sharing stories of relatives who gave their services to our country in past wars and whose legacies still live on. It is always a privilege to have people enter my life who, after only a few hours, connect in common humanity. Taking us from strangers to something unexpected.

A beautiful wedding out in the Yarra Valley at Ferguson Winery, Dixon's Creek. Adornment is everything in an Indian wedding, and the bride chose the traditional Maang Tikka for her hair and jewellery to compliment her traditional Saree.
Soft waves through her hair and gentle natural makeup, so she still looked like herself. The Mendi on her hands and feet was incredible, taking 6 hours to complete on a previous day.
