Happy Sunday 1st March 2026!

It's been a little while since I last posted on my Page, in fact 1 year almost to the day.

Still going strong and celebrating my 30th year in the business of remedial massage for females this year and more than 50 years in the area of natural health and I still feel so blessed and proud to be in the natural health field and doing something I truly love for so long.

Today I am thinking of GROWTH, firstly in ourselves, and everything around and involving us.

2026, The Year of the Horse - one of my most favourite beings, sharing our beloved Earth. What a magnificent creature in so many ways.

The word GROWTH, resonated with me today, when I walked out into my garden earlier this morning to check on all of my garden's happiness, and particularly my mango tree with a lone mango growing steadily and testing the branch on which it is hanging off due to it's size. I encourage and compliment this one and only mango everyday and it is the first time I have been successful with my mango tree producing a perfect speciman.

So wishing all of you today and always, the key words in this post and so many unsaid words here, for a fruitful and bountiful 2026

Blessings & Love,

Jane.
