Life has been pretty incredible since the arrival of our little Kayce.
Motherhood is yet the most amazing privilege but also hard to navigate without the support of the ones we love.
This time around I have learnt how important it is to reach out for support and never to feel ashamed for expressing how you feel.
Communicating with other mums who make you feel sane not crazy has been my absolute saviour.
From mother to mother, if you need someone to talk to, message me anytime. I like motherhood real and raw.

On the 10th of July at 10:40am we were blessed with the arrival of our little man, Kayce James Welzel.
Weighing a whopper of 8.3 pounds 💪🏻
Our family is complete and momma feels 100% better not being pregnant after a rough 10 months.
It was worth every bit of pain ❤️
