At ICONIX, we understand that life happens, kids get sick, meetings run over, and unexpected things come up. But as a small, appointment based salon, last minute cancellations or no shows directly impact our business, our stylists, and the clients on our waitlist who are eager to book in.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 has been revised

To help us better manage our appointment schedule and ensure availability for all clients, our Booking & Cancellation Policy will be strictly enforced for all services over $80 from 1 July.

All appointments over $80 will require a booking fee to secure the appointment. We can now conveniently send a secure payment link via text message, giving you 24 hours to pay the booking fee. If the booking fee is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will not be secured and may be released to another client.

Our Policy
• You’ll receive your appointment details (and our policy) via text & email
• Bookings need a 25% deposit online, or $50 for link from phone or in salon bookings
• We’ll send a reminder 7 days before to confirm, if we don’t hear back, we’ll follow up 4 days & 48 hrs before.
• Cancellation after this time or No confirmation = appointment cancelled & deposit kept
• Any cancellation fee must be settled before rebooking
• No shows will be charged the full service amount & future bookings will need full prepayment
• Reschedules within 72 hrs incur a small $20 admin fee
