We live in a world that moves fast and asks a lot.
But underneath all of it
- the busyness, the noise, the doing,
most of us are quietly longing for the same simple things.
To be touched with deep care.
To feel genuinely safe.
To remember what it feels like to fully rest.
And feeling of stillness.
Lomilomi and KaHuna massage support your wellbeing in holistic way. Release the tension of body and mind, and restore the energy at the same time.

Another incredible journey of KaHuna level 5.
More depth with connecting with nature and applying “elements” into the bodywork, especially after the essence of “Rites of Passage”.
We are all supposed by Air, Fire, Water and Earth.
Water is nurturing and majority of our body.
Earth is the structure and supports.
Fire is the fuel to get you moving and Air is exchanging our energy.
We are all connected as ONE.
Thank you again for amazing journey High Spirits by Mette’s Institute and fellows who shared space and this unforgettable experience.
