Someone very kindly pointed something out to me recently…
They said they didn’t actually know my name and, more importantly, they couldn’t see my name anywhere on my business Instagram posts. 🤔
My initial thought was, “Isn’t it obvious? My business name is Ashthetics!” 😂
But then I actually thought about it.
And you know what? It’s not obvious at all.
Ashthetics is my business name, but that doesn’t necessarily tell you who i am.
It made me realise how important it is for you to know the person behind the business.
When you’re trusting someone with your face, your skin, your confidence, or simply spending time with them, I think it matters that you know who you’re talking to. Not just the name of the business, but the person who owns it, cares about it and is here to look after you.
So, thank you to the person who pointed this out to me. ❤️
It was a genuinely helpful reminder that the things that feel obvious to me because I live and breathe my business every day aren’t necessarily obvious to someone discovering me for the first time.
