I get a lot of questions about lash lifts. Here are the honest answers. 👇

❓ Does it hurt?
No. You feel the shield on your eyelid and the solutions being applied, but there's no discomfort. Most clients fall asleep.

❓ Can I wear mascara after?
Yes — after 24 hours. But most clients find they don't want to. The lift is that good.

❓ Will it damage my natural lashes?
Not when done correctly. The solutions are designed for the lash — they lift and reset the bonds without breaking them. Overdoing treatments or going too soon between them is where damage can occur.

❓ How long does it last?
Typically 6–8 weeks, growing out naturally with your lash cycle.

❓ Can I have it done if my lashes are short?
Generally yes — the shield size is adjusted for shorter lashes. We'd discuss this at your appointment.

Here's something I think about a lot:

An eyelash curler takes 2 minutes. Every morning. That's 12 hours a year spent curling lashes that will be straight again by lunchtime.

A lash lift takes 45 minutes. Once every 6–8 weeks. And your lashes stay curled — all day, every day, through sleep, showers, and workouts.

I'm not saying ditch the curler forever. I'm saying there's a better option that most people don't know they can access.

A lash lift sounds simple. The process is actually quite precise. Here's what happens during your 45-minute appointment. 👇

First, I cleanse your lashes and the eye area — no oils, completely clean.

Then I apply a silicone shield to your eyelid. The size of the shield determines the curl — I choose based on your natural lash length and the result you want.

Your lashes are then lifted onto the shield, one by one, and a lifting solution is applied. This breaks down the bonds in the lash so it can be reset in the new shape.

A setting solution follows — this rebuilds those bonds in the new lifted position.

If you're adding a tint, that goes on last. 10 minutes and your lashes go from light to dark.

The result lasts 6–8 weeks and grows out naturally with your lash cycle.

Most people book a facial without really knowing what happens during one. Here's exactly what I do — and why each step matters. 👇

Step 1 — Consultation
Before I touch your skin, I ask questions. What's it doing? What have you tried? What do you want to change? Your skin is different every time — I treat it that way.

Step 2 — Double cleanse
Removes makeup, SPF, surface buildup. Preps the skin to actually receive what comes next.

Step 3 — Exfoliation
Gentle enzyme or physical exfoliation clears the dead skin layer — the one that makes skin look dull and stops products absorbing.

Step 4 — Massage
Improves circulation, moves lymphatic fluid, relaxes facial muscles. Not just relaxing — actually therapeutic.

Step 5 — Treatment (serum, mask, LED)
This is where the real work happens. Products go in while the skin is clear and receptive. I use INIKA Organic serums and treatment products at this stage.

Step 6 — Finishing
Moisturiser, SPF, and if you want it — some INIKA products to take home and maintain the results.
