Immediately after treatment, lips will appear brighter and more vibrant than the final healed result. Over the next 5–7 days, the lips will gently flake and soften before entering a “milky” healing phase where much of the colour appears to disappear. This is completely normal. The true healed result gradually returns over the following 4–8 weeks, revealing a soft, natural flush of colour.
Results vary depending on your natural lip tone, lifestyle, and healing response. Most clients require a perfecting touch-up to achieve their desired result.
