I love colour on plate, in my body and all around me. Variety is the spice of life 🥰

On non fasting days I fuel up BIG in the morning so I don't rely on coffee later in the arvo.
I'm off to work today, won't get to Beaches Markets but I'm happy I stocked up on the amazing apples and blood oranges from Vital Organics. Best snacks since I'm always running around the peninsula.
