Through joining our administration team, you’ll be at the heart of that experience, creating a warm and refined first impression, anticipating client needs and ensuring every touchpoint feels seamless.

You’ll work alongside Bella, our current Clinical Administrator, becoming an integral part of our clinic.
We’re looking for someone who is polished, personable, highly organised and naturally attentive to detail.

Your role will include:
- Curating an exceptional client journey from booking to aftercare
- Managing appointments, enquiries and client communications with professionalism
- Supporting our clinical team and daily clinic operations
- Maintaining an immaculate and beautifully presented clinic environment
- Stock management and inventory
- Assisting with marketing, social media and online client engagement

Administrative experience is not essential, but highly regarded.

We take a personalised, results-driven approach to skin, focusing on understanding each client’s concerns, goals and skin health before creating a considered treatment plan. Our approach combines advanced in-clinic treatments with effective medical-grade skincare to support long-term results.

As a Dermal Therapist, you’ll work alongside our nursing team to deliver elevated treatments and a highly personalised experience for every client. You’ll have the opportunity to build genuine client relationships, continue developing your clinical knowledge and become an integral part of our growing team.
