Do you want to extend the life of your eyelash extensions? Make sure you follow these after care tips to ensure you maximise the retention of your extensions 🫶🏼

1. Washing your lashes is so so important to ensure they remain clear of dirt, debris and oils. Many people often avoid this crucial tip thinking it’s benefiting the lashes… no! It’s the opposite. Also a quick google of “lash mites” will definitely change your mind 🤫
2. Steer clear of any products containing oils! Oils actually dissolve eyelash extension glue resulting in weak retention & a short life span for your fluffy lashes 💔
3. This one might seem obvious - the more you rub / touch your lash extensions, the more likely it is your extensions will fall out prematurely: mainly from the natural oils within your fingers!
4. This tip doesn’t need an explanation - if you sleep on your face, your lashes will likely be rubbing against your pillow, causing retention issues.
5. Now, normally you should avoid moisture for 24 hours after your lash extensions are applied - however, I use a bonding agent at the end of the service with a nano mister. This process speeds up the curing time of the extension glue, reducing the 24 hour time frame to just 4 hours! 😻
