Brink Sharpening

Well, that's a first.

We've been enjoying regularly sharpening knives for Craig, Laban and the team at Gips Restaurant. This week's collection was mostly Japanese - some beautiful knives.

We had a strong case of cleaver-envy today. A new customer wanted this F.Dick cleaver sharpened, but it was calling out for a bit of extra attention as well, so here's the before/after...
