When I started this shop front 11 years ago, I never imagined I would have any staff member be so committed for this long! 9 long years - Almost a decade! 🎉

I still haven’t acknowledged Lauren’s birthday properly as I’m still trying to get my head around it cos honestly - I’d want a diamond ring for such achievement in a workplace! That’s considered a life commitment!! 💍

Lauren, you have been my backbone to all of the decisions made for Lash HQ but more importantly so understanding as to why “something can’t be done right now” or has “taken time” to create or build.
You just get business! And have always had my back! And I love you for that! 💕

Such a creative, kind hearted soul, always so self aware and connected with clients and biz. I appreciate you more than you could ever know!
