Nine years ago, Lauren walked into my salon, right before I was due to have my first born!
Little did I know she would be my rock through many of years to come.

I’d interviewed her a few years before that at my home salon but she decided to choose a different path in dental assisting.

A few years before that, Lauren was a client of my little home salon and I’d admired her thigh tattoo and asked her if I could get a similar design, not knowing that she would be the longest employee I would have beside me. The one that would support my business through some of the toughest years. So yeah we pretty much have matching tattoos!

Now it’s your turn Lauren, to support you and your family! It’s no exaggeration to say she has been an absolute pillar of my business and team ever since. I see you as family!

Watching Lauren grow both personally and professionally over nearly a decade has been one of the greatest privileges of my career, which makes typing this feel completely surreal.

I’m pretty sure I’m still in total denial, but with just a few short weeks left before her maternity leave begins, we are getting ready to temporarily hand her over to her most exciting role yet: becoming a mum! 🤍
