People often ask me what my style of makeup is, or to tell them what style of makeup I’m planning on doing on them, and I can never actually answer that.

I don’t resonate with terms like “soft glam” or “clean girl” or “full glam” - to me, these kinds of descriptions oversimplify what we do as makeup artists.

We’re not here to apply set templates to faces. Instead, we dive way deeper - into your skin type, your personal preferences, your general health, your lifestyle, your past makeup experiences… and an oversimplified makeup label or template completely glazes over these things.

So if you’re trying to find an artist who can work with the diversity of your bridal party - not just young people and models without imperfections - pay less attention to the labels they use, and look for variety in their work.
