Mahana Energy with Jo Winter

I had finished a full day of readings and into the evening when I finally stopped. I sat down on the green lounge (this is the lounge my clients sit on), and the spirit I work with, Rachel, joined me in the room.

She sat in my chair, and I sat as a client. It was really fun, as I can see her at times; not only in my mind, but see her as if she still had a body.

She told me to close my eyes and take a deep breath. I did, and I felt the excitement, rush, grief, peace and love that all my clients had felt and experienced that day.

She knew I was exhausted and just wanted to show me the impact I had made on others for the day. It made me cry for quite some time and, in some ways, charged me and inspired me to do it all again the next day.

I speak of Rachel often, but honestly, she is my best bestie, and she sits with me through every reading. She always has the answer for what I need.

I love her deeply ❤️❤️❤️

Maybe it’s not a person or place you need to leave behind.

Maybe it’s:
The need to please everyone.
The habit of shrinking yourself.
A role you’ve simply outgrown.
A belief about who you thought you had to be, or
A season of life that no longer fits.

Growth often asks us to choose temporary discomfort over staying where we’ve already outgrown.

The things we release, and the difficult choices we make today, can create more freedom, stability and peace tomorrow.

I had a wonderful experience the other day.

I was sitting at the little cafe down the road from my work when I felt a spirit sit right next to me. I got a warm grandmother feeling straight away. I instantly said hello to her and acknowledged her presence.

I don’t know how I knew, but I looked over my right shoulder and saw a table with a lot of people at it. In my mind, I thought, “Oh no… no way am I going up to all those people with a message lol.”

The spirit just laughed at my thought and said she wasn’t asking me to do that. She did ask, however, to hold my hand.

I very rarely get to physically touch a spirit. Hardly ever, to be honest, but I could feel her soft, warm old skin so perfectly. I could smell Sunlight soap and, for some reason, I felt like I had short curly hair (weird, right lol).

This beautiful spirit told me that my energy acts like a TV point. She explained that when she connected to me by holding my hand, she could see her family more clearly.

So I honestly sat there for half an hour with my hand out so she could watch her family interact with each other.

She never asked me to go and talk to anyone or to give a message. She just wanted to enjoy their laughter and take pride in the fact that this family all started with her and her love for her husband. ❤️

Even though my coffee went a little cold and my arm went a little numb, it was still perfect and such a beautiful experience.

I also learnt that I’m a personal walking aerial/TV point for spirits. 😂
