Today we remember the babies who couldn’t stay, but will always be loved.

For me, it’s my beautiful Felix. He was with me for just 3 hours and 12 minutes, but everyday he is missed by me and deeply loved.

To every family missing their baby, whether your loss was recent or many years ago, your baby matters, your love matters, and you are still their parent.

Say their name. Share a memory. Give someone space to talk about their baby. You don’t need the perfect words to let them know you remember them.. Trust me, it means more to their parents to acknowledge their babies they can't hold, more then you will ever know.

Tonight at 7 pm families around the world will light a candle for the Wave of Light. As each candle is lit, a wave of light will travel across the world in memory of the babies we carry in our hearts.

🚨 An update to our booking policy 🚨

Due to an increasing number of late cancellations and no-shows, a 25% booking deposit is now required for all new bookings, effective immediately.
Bookings without a deposit will be automatically cancelled by Fresha.

All other booking policy terms remain the same and are listed below:

✨ Booking deposits
Your deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Bookings without a deposit will be automatically cancelled by Fresha.

✨ Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or adjust the service provided. The full booked service fee will still apply.
If you haven’t arrived or contacted us within 10 minutes of your appointment time, your booking will be treated as a no-show and a fee of 50% of your booked service will apply.

✨ Changes and cancellations
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment.
We understand unexpected things happen. If you’re unable to attend, you can arrange for a friend or family member to take your appointment instead.
Please contact us beforehand so we can confirm the treatment is suitable and update the booking.
If they attend in your place, no late cancellation fee will apply.

As a small business, appointment time is reserved especially for you.
Late cancellations and no-shows leave gaps we often cannot fill.

Red Nose Australia has shared Little Life Big Loss: Where Love Continues Beyond the Heartbeat as part of their October Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness campaign. 🥹

As a contributing author for the book, being able to share my son Felix’s story and now see this book reach more families makes my heart swell.

Behind this little salon is a mum of 4 (3 with me on earth and 1 waiting for me in heaven), whose love for her little boy she wasnt able to bring home from hospital continues every day.

Sharing our stories helps acknowledge our babies, say their names and remind other families they’re not alone.
