❤ Just a quick reminder to allow yourselves to feel emotions.... even when they suck!

Ive been seeing a common thread amongst people at the moment which is Grief. Whether that's grief from letting a situation go and evolving from it, personal development grief of evolving from the old self or actual grief from losing people who touch our hearts in this lifetime.

Know your emotions are valid.
Its ok to feel and release whenever needed.
And its also ok to be processing these raw emotions and do what feels right to you on an individual level.
Everyone deals with grief differently, no way is the right way. But I would say its important to process these changes and allow yourself 'Time'.
We live in a crazy world of change where we can easily not allow ourselves to stop, look and have time to heal from traumatic events.
The quick paced society we live in can easily create a distraction and keep our pain trapped inside. Which can then lead onto sickness within us and create blockages on many levels.

We all at some point in our lives will feel grief. So never feel alone, reach out and communicate if you feel, and trust the process of life. There are many alternative therapies out there now to help throughout the painful stages of life, utilise what is out there.

We really don't approach 'death' alot in conversation in the West. We can really learn alot from the other parts of the world who quite openly talk to children about these topics. Maybe this is why we can feel quite stuck and overwhelmed as an adult, when we are hit with this type of trauma.

Remember you are amazing.
Remember the love is real and never stops.
And be kind to yourself to allow mother nature to do what's best... help heal us.
